Thank you for shopping with Batana Royale! Due to the nature of our beauty products, we have the following policy:
Returns We do not accept returns on opened or used products. All beauty product sales are final once the product has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened Items If you received an unopened, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return Contact us at support@batanaroyale.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no cost to you.
